A total idiot! for food storage

Bought as a gift, still works. No complaints! Affordable and reliable choice. It has a weird yellow coating on the inside, not just aluminum, so hopefully that doesn't bother you.

Use Organic Storage Creamer

Similar to Starbucks and good value. When using organic whipped cream we have found that whipped cream stays fresh in the fridge for over 6 weeks. Simple recipe: 2 cups of cream + 2 tbsp. sugar + 2 tsp vanilla. Shake well to dissolve the sugar.

Good compact size suitable for food dispenser

Gave it to my sister in law for Christmas. She's always had her eye on me and has been jealous of whipped cream for years. I was there to experience the first flight at her New Year's Eve party and the charger worked great. She is single and the 0.5 liter size is perfect for her.

Doesn't work properly.

I had the same whipped cream dispenser that I have been buying for about 25 years. I bought this and waited until Thanksgiving to use it. I couldn't whip the cream, first it was runny, then good, then runny again. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong. I used the same cartridges that I used on my old, undamaged cartridge for years. Should I return it? Try a different brand of cartridge? Thanks Mickey Morgan.

Pancakes and fresh whipped cream every weekend!

Homemade fresh whipping cream, no filters or high fructose corn syrup! Works great - it took me 3 tries to figure out how to tighten the lid just enough to hold the pressure. I wanted to do it right and relied on the instructions. However, it warns against closing too tight and that you should only turn it X turns, but that doesn't work (not tight enough). Trust your intuition - push it, but not so much that "that person" in your family can never open it again. (Ps. Usually that person is me.)

I love it. I think my experience helped.

I've been sane for almost 2 years and haven't had any problems. I love it. I think it helped my experience that someone who has used them before gave me some advice. I will try to share some tips. Top up with cream sugar and vanilla, then put the lid on and shake 3 times. As soon as you insert the charger into the holder and screw it onto the bottle, you will audibly break the seal on the charger. Dispenser cannot be opened (pressure is released). Don't shake too vigorously as the whipped cream

Save money, buy what works! Send it back immediately if it doesn't happen after the first use

I bought this unit and sent it back because it kept spraying until I ran out of gas. One application per cartridge was enough for me. They replaced it with an "improved" model that was exactly the same as the first. It does the same as the first. I figured it must be the gas cartridges I used, so I bought the brand I had used for years in my old dispenser that I couldn't find a seal for anymore. (reason to get rid of it) I've been using it for over 10 years and it's held a charge for weeks…
