I have a 31 " waist and it fits extremely comfortable, not exactly loose

This has a one size fits all elastic waist. I was a little leery about that. I have a 31" waist and it fits extremely comfortable, not exactly loose, but it could be a little tighter. If you have a very large or very small waist, you might have to modify. I can't wait to wear this for Halloween. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the side seam is not on the side, but about 3" toward the front. I'm sure this is just a quality issue, but it's a costume, so I don't really care…

Looks and fits great !

This was amazing for my Skelton costume for Halloween fits perfect looks great and is made with a good material ! The delicate tulle material of the skirt makes it difficult to wash and maintain, requiring special care and attention!
