I can't give 5 stars because the red stitching on the cream side doesn't look good. The batting is held in place by random red stitching and the manufacturer should have used a clear thread that would be invisible on both the cream and red sides. This red stitching does not appear in the advertised image. I like the pattern and colors but this should have been better.

The duvet is really warm, much warmer than I expected. Good for cold weather. The only downside is that some of the broken seams inside the quilt (inside, not around the edges) are done with red thread to keep the insides from shifting, resulting in a few inches of red stitching here and there that are clearly visible on the white part of the quilt on the other side. . However, it's not obvious unless you look for it. All in all a good set at a reasonable price.

Such a great set! It even comes with a fitted sheet which I wasn't aware of. It's soft and comfortable. It's not hot at night either! The only negative I can say is that it doesn't hang over the edge of the mattress much. Maybe two inches from the edge so the edge of the mattress is visible on both sides. I would order a size up if you want a comforter that hangs over the edge far enough to cover the entire mattress on each side of the bed. (I have a 12" mattress)
