This is a great size. The normal size will encourage you to eat more. The workmanship is excellent, even if it comes from China. You should buy a pair---so you can bake more while saving energy.

I LOVE this pan. The non-stick coating works and cleans immediately. Muffins and cupcakes are flat but wider on top and bake well and evenly. More than a piece of brownie, much smaller than a traditional frying pan. 24 cupcale sizes make birthday parties and so on. i can get another one

I use this pan with nonstick spray to make half muffin mixes for my kids for my kids. The standard cupcake mix perfectly fills 24 cups and kids can enjoy them without being big cupcakes. I want to make brownies in it soon. I haven't used it with muffin cases so I can't comment on these issues. The non-stick surface releases cupcakes well.

Gets the job done - baked cakes in cups and they turned out amazing - chewy little 'cookies' that were actually cakes. Good depth. However, you will need two pans for a full batch of brownie mix. I used muffin cups for the rest of the batter. I'll buy another pan. It's also great for cake bites as everyone loves the angle here.

I used this for the first time today and wish I had never bought this item, I've been baking some little pecan pies and when I wanted to demould them for muffins (after I have done everything suggested, sprinkled pans etc), they're all too glued, a really big mess, I think we'll eat them (muffins) with a spoon, fell apart no doubt when I put them together. They're still delicious, but okay, let's try it.

While I disagree with a professional baker's 5 star rating, we home cooks might have issues with this pan due to the cup size as the cups are wider and smaller than that most other manufacturers. Standard mini muffin liners don't have a wall mount, and recipes like the one I use for mini quiches that depend on a standard cup shape don't work well in this pan. Chicago Metallic makes great gear so I bought it but once I saw the difference in the mugs it became a "return item".

I love this brand but... I love all about Chicago Metallica tableware. At least I did until I bought this cupcake pan. The depth of the cake seemed shallow to me, or maybe the angle of the sides was too big for me. I have several molds from this company and I really like them. I am by no means an experienced baker. I'm actually new to this stuff, but I have Wilton cupcake liners and they're easy to work with too. I think it was just the angle of the sides or something. I will definitely…
