Good quality. Works as intended. Reasonable price.

This is my 5th CP air tool. My other CP tools are 40 years old and still work like new. I used this angled air drill to cut through a metal cabinet with a metal hole saw. Like a hot knife through butter.

Pros
  • Compact, low profile head for working in tight spaces
Cons
  • Other interesting options are available.

Impressive trigger control

When I ordered this drill I wasn't sure I would like it. In fact, even before I received it, I thought about returning it. I figured the trigger and the way it was designed wouldn't work without being clumsy. However, who has ever written an ad, English was not his first language. I was impressed with the trigger design and not uncomfortable at all. Another thing the ad didn't mention was the variable speed. That! That would be a deal breaker for me. Once the fuse is off you have full control…

Pros
  • Handle release allowing air to escape operator
Cons
  • Lack of power

Very Impressed - Power and hand tools

I have to admit I am surprised by this tool. I tried the IR version which is very similar but without variable speed. Not only does this drill have speed control, you can even screw at lower speeds, and it has plenty of power. You must have variable speed to drill steel. Trying to drill steel at 2000rpm is just a recipe for disaster. You will surely come across a burned drill bit and the metal you are trying to drill will be too hard to drill with anything! I'm an auto mechanic with over 30…

Pros
  • Restrictor for more controlled applications
Cons
  • Something different
