We have been using this with my son for about a month since mid-December 2012. He loves to chew it and then I brush his teeth. He looks forward to it and describes the taste as cherry. I don't know if it affects his teeth. We have scheduled his 6 month cleaning next week so we can get feedback from the dentist. We do not feed our son processed sugary foods.
