I am disappointed with this chair. My goddaughter LOVES this. 2 stars for color and design. Zero stars for quality. He's only used it maybe 3 weekends since I bought it (when it comes to us). He only sits in it to read and puts his books on the lower panel. He has been normal height for 2 years. He doesn't stand or jump in. He doesn't move. The chair broke in several places. Reason for 1 star: 1. Extremely poor customer service. To another queue that takes you an hour sitting for long with no response. 2. Item arrived with a clean cup which is split in two (see pic) so customer assistance is required. Love it. Easy to assemble just don't over tighten the screws and bolts provided, that Material will tear product just need help replacing the broken cup I see a lot of feedback on the problem does anyone have a solution or alternative to this cup?

Received this chair today and was able to assemble it myself in about 30 minutes with the help of my nimble toddler. ;) It was pretty easy and not too many parts. I bought this for my now 1.5 year old and he already loves it! Nice little desk. I was involved in assembling other similar furniture but it took about an hour to assemble as the instructions were a bit vague. Why? Well, the diagram didn't indicate which side should face which side, so I really had to think ahead and look at the photo on the box to figure out which side should face which sides.
