It is not 30 inches long.

I ordered this because the description says it is 30 inches long. But the handle itself is 18 inches long. The rake head adds another 4.5 inches. I'm thinking about returning it. I wanted it to reach items that are under the bed.

My grandsons fave!: my feedback

I searched all over and this is the only rake i could find for my grandson that wasn't metal! he is one and just started walking. he loves to help me in the yard and can't move my rake and gets so frustrated. i never thought i would pay this much for a child rake - it is more than MY rake from Home Depot. LOL!But, seeing how happy he is makes it worth every dollar!

Solid but kinda small (to actually rake)

Solid body and safe edges. Even for my small 2 YO son, this is too small to actually rake. However, it makes a good toy/ tool for him to drag around our garden and do something. I was hoping that he could actually rake with this along his daddy. so I'm taking one star off.

Perfect for the toddler gardner!

My 2yr old loves gardening with his Nonno(Grandfather), and this garden rake has been perfect for him. Perfectly sized for toddlers and preschoolers, this rake is made of ABS plastic in Germany, and free of harmful chemicals. There are no rough edges, it's toddler tough, and clean up is quick and easy. He loved spending time preping the garden. Now, he takes it to the beach to play with. We have all Spielstabil garden tools and love them.

Perfect for pigs! best in my review

I know this was very well made for children but we use them for pot belly pigs. Pigs LOVE back scratches and belly rubs! We volunteer at a pot belly pig rescue and love to give back scratches! This rake works perfect! It's plastic and the edges are gentle on their skin!

Seems sturdy but did break

It does seem very well made, however my 4 year old did break it within a week. That being said, he is very hard on toys. Thanks for attention.

Seems to be indestructible as advertised.

I actually use this to clean out the floor of my small backyard chicken coop. It works great since the plastic doesn't scratch the waterproof membrane and it's just the right size. I looked all over for a mini rake and couldn't find anything quite right and decided to check toy rakes. Expected to find the usual cheap brittle plastic stuff but this surprised me and I decided to take a chance on it.
