These are nice pants but 1. They run slightly larger than the stated size. 2. This is not 100% cotton. Looks like fleece material which is normal. The material is good but definitely not cotton.

These pants are very soft but quite tight in the leg and don't have the thick lining of Target's Cat & Jack brand (fleece lined leggings). My daughter is 43 pounds and is almost 7, which is short. Pictured size 7/8.
