Color does not match image. Instead of a light turquoise, it's a deep turquoise bordering on olive. A little disappointing. The strength of the springs was also moderate, I would say. It might be fine for chips, but I bought these for cat food bags and they don't seem strong enough to hold the top of the bag when folded. I am thinking of returning.

I was looking for a set with wide jaws to grip a large area. The spring on them isn't very strong, allowing you to fold and squeeze the bag multiple times, but the pressure from the bag is enough to open the jaws, not the jaws that force the bag to close. They stay in place and the bag cannot open. So they work, I just wish they worked better.

I usually buy Oxo chip clips but chose these because the price was so good. Durability is on par with Oxo so it was a good buy (not cheap and flimsy). I like the oxo aesthetic a bit more, but for the pocket clips that tuck in the zippered pockets of chips and cat food in the pantry, they fit and match. I'm glad I bought them and will buy more if the need arises.

I loved this product until I tried it. While the clip helps keep the 20lb kibble closed, it is very loose and not tight enough for what I intended to use it for. I returned to the clip I had borrowed from a five pound bag of kibble. The clamp is at least a third the size but works much better. I requested another set (to try again) but got a refund instead. I understand that all clamps are the same.
