Very strong metal

Very strong metal - unlikely to rust. But it is impossible to clamp them to the exhaust pipe on the go - the metal is too strong. I had to cut four slots in the places of their attachment, then they snapped into place normally. Chrome is very good. They are mostly straight, therefore noisy.

Don't buy a Blue Collar float exhaust.

It finally sounds like a cool cruiser on the streets. Yes, he's a bit noisy, but he rumbles like a big boy. Have to downsize for the Honda Rebel 250cc but overall very happy with this purchase. You will have to drill your own holes and cut the panel to size however, but overall this was the best value money can buy.

I'll rewind with better cotton but that's enough for now

Just received today, two days after ordering (super fast delivery). Just to let you know what the ID measurements are. It slid right onto my 1.5" OD manifold. Contrary to other reports, I pulled out the removable baffle and to my great surprise found a full batting. I'll rewind with better batting but that's enough for now.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons

Seriously use earplugs

The packaging sucks but if you pack it with good stuff it's perfect. At idle, it's decent and audible. It's the same for your normal driving, but when you hit the gas, god. Curse. You can start using earplugs after about a week, as you will notice that your hearing deteriorates. I used this in my homemade two to one system on a '94 Vulcan 750 and wouldn't trade it for anything else.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Negative impression

Great muffler but difficult to install.

I gave this product 4 stars because the quality and sound was excellent. Loud but not intrusive. The only problem I had was having to buy a gearbox and adapter that had to be sized to even fit my bike (Yamaha VSTAR 950 2010). Luckily I had the tools for this, otherwise you're going to spend a hefty sum for the right tools needed to install the muffler. If you don't have a lot of tools, I would just spend the extra $150 on an aftermarket muffler that fits your particular bike.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Nothing here

Literally BANG for a dollar!

Damn it's a loud little bug. I just installed it on a 1987 Honda Elite CH250 scooter and it sounds like a beast! Not deep, but LOUD. Too loud to be honest. I feel guilty driving around the neighborhood. on a 250cc motorcycle. I noticed that the batting material is very thin (I can see through in some places) so I'll repack it and see if that takes some weight off the racquet. Probably my favorite part is venting the gas. This pipe gives my little 250 a low "purr" sound at idle that sounds like…

  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Not sure

For Indian Scout 2017. This is a weld-only pad

The 1 1/2" side can be welded on (if you don't mind voiding the warranty), the 1 3/4 " page is attached with much effort further. The clamp will NOT simply crush the tube over the manifold. I actually cut four relief grooves, but I couldn't clamp them with a clamp. The thickness of the steel does not taper sufficiently in this area to ensure a tight fit. These tubes will be returned. BTW the brackets need to be cut and drilled and if you don't weld and manage to mount the 1 3/4 side and make it

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Hard to tell
