Great Charger for Laptops!

Customer Service

We received this charger but it didn't work to charge our devices. We've initiated a return and thought we'd noticed a lot more. The seller got back to us and offered to replace it for free as they were interested in our satisfaction. The replacement came fairly quickly, everything works. The charger itself is typical, the seller's diligence and efficiency are worth five points.
