We are happy with our purchase. The included USB-C to USB-A cable was DOA. I had to buy a replacement which is definitely better.

Ordered about a week ago, although my old Macbook doesn't have a USB-C port, it's still relatively easy to connect to the HDMI ports and the old USB ports. Works perfectly! The resolution is even better and allows me to read textbooks and surf the web at the same time.

I even checked in person after getting a new screen. You have exceeded all my expectations with material handling equipment and customer service. My new screen works great.

Fantastic screen, fits in my backpack, easy to take to class. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have its own power supply, it takes power from my laptop or an outlet, but all the necessary cables are included.
