The first device was bad when first used. The side retainers did not disengage when the button was pressed and did not return to the "clamped" state. Easily replaced via Amazon but only time will tell if this will hold up in use. The new device worked as expected the first time.

Made of cheap plastic. The device I received had stuck gears that would not engage and hold the phone. I ended up throwing it away because it was unusable. Went to the store and spent double the amount for an iOttie which is better quality and really works!

I love this stand. It is adjustable on both the hand and the head. Both parts can be screwed tight to ensure a tight fit. Doesn't weaken over time like springs compressing air vents. I also love that it has two USB chargers so I can let my daughter charge her iPod while my phone is also connected.

This is my second from different companies and they fall off and stop working. Unfortunately I don't use them often and 3 or 4 times when they fail can take a month. Until then, I'll just throw them away! Someone has to make a stronger version. I would be willing to pay for this as I plan on leaving my car for a while.

Too heavy to hold phone upright. I had to leave it next to my transmission shaft, which made me rattle when shifting gears. Fits snugly into the cigarette lighter socket so when you remove it the metal in the cigarette lighter comes out! Now my lighter will not work on any charger and I may have to give up and take it to a repair shop to have it looked at. :(

This Phone is Amazing! It's not as good as my 5 year old phone holder (which ended up breaking) but it definitely fits. It holds the phone securely and the ability to tilt it at will is optimal (on my Infiniti Q60). Huge bonus - two USB ports! I use one for my Apple products and the other for my Android charger. It seems durable and I expect it to last quite a while, would buy again.

The Moclever car charger is well made and stable except for the part that fits into the cigarette lighter. The rubber "nut" used to prevent the mount from rotating inside the lighter is just not strong enough, like a cell phone in the mount, and will push up when loosening the "nut" when the mount is rotated to the right. The second "nut" will prevent this, but it can prevent the device from making contact with the center pin of the lighter. Playing with the extension a bit so that its center…
