These F-Connect coaxial boots work very well and provide an airtight seal. With low-threaded female F-connectors, it can be a little tricky to thread an F-connector with the boots, but it's worth the effort once they're connected. I recommend them and I will buy more.

I recently bought a Samsung R7040 PowerBot Cyclone Force Robot Vacuum Cleaner (Refurbished). The brush was very noisy when working and sounded awkward. After some research there was a suggestion/video on Youtube that the coax (f-boot) could be cut to fit the end of the brush to solve vibration issues during brush rotation. I'm glad I bought and tried them because it was so much cheaper than buying a new brush!

I installed them on the antenna mounted preamp. It will be a year before I can say they actually work, but they definitely look like they're weatherproof. They fit well and take up all the space between the preamp and the jack. Note that they do not seal the end of the cable entry or around the flare nut. .You must use cords with properly installed weatherproof plugs. Plugs without an F seal the inside of the plug well. Hence the need for these boots.
