Customer service is very helpful.

It's a lot of fun, especially if you take it outside for a swim or just hang it up in your garden. I suggest downloading the app as using the remote control is a bit easier. I also suffer from downloading movies first so the battery lasts longer. But you can also use it to connect to charge and watch a movie or show at any time.

So happy with it we had to upgrade!

I originally bought the 360 but after quickly falling in love with this product I decided I needed to upgrade to a TV! It's nice to watch your favorite shows while relaxing in the bath, or watch movies with family in the garden or on the boat. Sometimes there are breakdowns, but the support team is always ready to work to solve any problems that arise.

game changer! for video projectors

I bought this projector late last year and have been using it for family movies and entertainment ever since. So far, having this massive amount of entertainment in a tiny package has been an amazing experience. So easy to use and just as enjoyable compared to older projectors on the market. One issue I had was charging, but when it turned out I was just using the wrong charging head (weak), everything else was perfect. A little pricey but given the size and ability to project a sharp image…

Wanted to love but NO!

I really wanted to love this product but I'm so disappointed! Such a good concept, but they MUST tweak a lot more before they can sell this product further. The first impression was that the system is not very comfortable, but you can get used to it over time. I was disappointed with the size. Good thing we can connect our mini Bose speaker. Streaming apps that come pre-installed on the device crashes mid-browsing. Preinstalled VR games were not responding. I have the brightness set to Auto and
