Bought for an elderly relative with mild hearing loss. They like that the call is loud enough and are satisfied with the voice quality.

This phone was easy to program. I wear hearing aids but the answering machine on the last two phones I bought broke. Couldn't understand a word. This answering machine is clean. I'm so glad I found someone I can understand.

I really like the volume with the speaker on and off, feels good in the hand and doesn't irritate my ears due to the angle of the handset I want to make calls to have better functions , but money is satisfactory, overall a good device for the price
