I install parquet, LVP, laminate. I need a good sander to sand the OSB subfloor. It's insanely cool with 3M 16Grit sandpaper. It grinds very well. You can grind out bumps very quickly, even huge 3/4″+ lasts. I've been using it for about 3-4 months, I've already built about 10-15 houses. Excellent grinder for substrate preparation.
