The first time I followed the directions and they came out of the dryer full of hard golf ball sized clumps. Will not use this product.

These pillows suck you flat and uncomfortable. I've tried them for two nights now and woke up with a sore neck both nights, don't buy these things.

Please note that the pillows are not queen size. They are default. At night, like any other pillow, they flatten out. Overpriced for the results

Works well for a few weeks then becomes lumpy. I would not buy again. However, I have been looking for a comfortable pillow for a long time and could not find it.

I was ready to return it when I unpacked it from the box it was a pathetic looking pillow which was a scam. BUT wait, that little red sticker that says put it in the dryer for 15 minutes. So I put it in the dryer and it became a pillow and it's very comfortable, I would recommend this pillow to anyone.

These pillows prevent me from getting a good night's sleep. You seem to touch my conscience. Every time I lay my head on it, I close my eyes and start dreaming of a company CEO perpetuating conspiracy theories and speaking directly to the President of our country, trying to somehow interfere in our government.

Terrible product. I had such high expectations after seeing all the marketing surrounding these pillows. The filling is lumpy and peels off. We tumble dried them several times as per the instructions to "fluff" them. I wake up 10 times a night with my head on the mattress because all the filling has come loose on the sides.

These pillows are great, don't believe the negative reviews. I had to buy it for my wife because she kept stealing from me. My wife broke her neck for several years and has tried literally every pillow on the market to sleep comfortably and this is the only pillow that gives her a good night's sleep. Everything they say about the pillow is true, don't believe the negative reviews.

My wife and I agree my pillow is the worst pillow we have ever bought ($). To add insult to injury, as my wife had trouble sleeping, I bought a pair for Mother's Day gifts from me and my kids, which turned out to be totally embarrassing. The two My Pillows are without any firmness and look like pillowcases filled with loose filling. We followed the instructions and put them in the dryer before use.
