I love how well this mantilla sits on my daughter's head. It is elegant and very feminine. She looked great in it when she first wore it to Confirmation and she still looks great wearing less formal attire to daily/Sunday Mass.

Images on the internet are completely untrue! That is beautiful! I bought 3 veils for church and this is by far my favorite! It's soft, has great detail, and comes with TWO pins that you can sew on to keep it in place. All other veils came with only one pin. It has a beautiful coloring and adds volume to your hair. I have Jane's plain dark brown almost black hair and it adds just the right pop of color and warms up the face. I like it!

I really wanted to like the haze but the colors are much darker and more pronounced in person. After seeing the description of "champagne" as well as the photo, I expected a very light beige background with delicate pastel colors. The veil is actually more orange with very dark colors. I hate to say it, but it reminds me of an old sofa that you could find in my great-grandmother's house. That being said, if that's what you're looking for, this is a decent quality veil.
