I bought them because I had the right washcloths and I really liked them. These towels are not as absorbent as I had hoped and bites appeared after one use in the dryer. Happened with 2 different towels

I thought I'd spend some money and bought it for my new bathroom. DO NOT DO THAT. They are beautiful. Mine didn't tangle or leave as much lint as others have commented but they don't absorb and stay damp day and night. They are very soft and of medium thickness. Just nice for show.

Contrary to other reviews these did not fade or fall apart at all. I've had them for almost 2 years now and they work well. But they just don't move in well. You need to dry about 3 times after showering to even dry completely. I didn't even really realize it until I stayed in hotels, I found that after a shower it doesn't take 10 minutes to dry like it does at home. Now I will definitely get rid of them and replace them with something else.

Once washed and dried, these towels fall apart. Every hand towel, hand towel and washcloth I've bought has threads sticking out. I am very disappointed in them. I didn't use them immediately when I renovated the bathroom. If I used them right away I would send them all back. $20 for towels that are ripped, torn, or frayed. They are very poorly made. Very dissatisfied and not recommended.

At first I really liked these towels. They came as advertised - thick, soft and good quality. However, they had a lot of shedding so I washed them and was very disappointed when they came out of the dryer like this. I completely remodeled our bathroom and spent a bit of money on these Cleanbear towels when I could have gone for a cheaper option and now I regret it. Spent $45 for two towels that now only fit my dog after a bath. 😭

Loved these iridescent blue towels and they are very soft. Cons: so soft, sucks poorly and pills a lot even after several washes. But here's the weirdest part: towels are about a third the width (or less) of a standard towel (very small) and about 4 to 5 inches longer. This towel is extremely disappointing given the price per towel. I wash before use to remove all chemicals. So I washed this towel the way I normally wash towels - hot water, wash thoroughly. I then dried this towel with the Power Saver as usual, but a little longer because it is a towel. Here's what happened when I took this towel out of the dryer.
