I bought this to use with a voice recorder so I could dictate for transcription with Dragon Naturally Speaking. For the first week, it worked great. I didn't use it much for a few months, and when I returned yesterday suddenly the transcriptions looked like gibberish. I thought my Dragon profile had been reset at first, until I actually listened to the recording. The audio has become static, with a very weak distant voice that's barely audible even at max volume. I bought this for my personal phone calls with my parents as they struggle to hear me when I was using my AirPods also most of the time had issue on my office calls with AirPods.So I decided to have wired headphone, this one is quite reasonable costwise. This headphone does not look that nice though but I does its job pretty well. People can hear me well while using this. Would recommend this any day.

Got this for my son's PS4. It works great, he can play and still hear me when I tell him hes doing too much. Sound quality is great. He likes the volume all the way up, which is enough for me to hear his friends in the other room. 😂 10/10.

First issue is that the release call button is located on the cord and is easily hit accidentally. I had to tape something over it to avoid hanging up on customers. Next problem is it is not great at noise canceling. It seems impossible to find a good one. I’m on my third try.

Working from home these types is what's required because of the wired connection. It gets the job done better than a Bluetooth earbud device that keeps falling out of the ear.

Sound quality is good the microphone is very good, at the highest volume setting there is no problem hearing, and you could possibly turn it down a little, but there is no further adjustment after that. I do not know if noise cancellation is valid critique for the single ear unit. The sound quality is very good.

Does a good job. The microphone sometimes gets out of place, and you have to fiddle with how you adjust it to your head or the microphone will find it's way into your mouth. Aside from that, sound quality is fine and volume is adjustable. If I were to design this, I'd nix the button on the cord that answers/hangs up. I routinely bump it with my fat belly and accidentally hang up on conference calls.

It's great to not have to use the shoulder for holding my phone and talking. Great to use with my iPad too so I don't disturb those watching tv.

I've got three of these. One for each of my two cell phones to use at home. I like that I can just leave the phone laying next to me, as I don't want any radiation around my head. The third, I use the 2.5 mm. Jack on my Satellite phone. It makes it much easier to hear out in the wind.

The headset is new and so far so good, I like it! The first one I received did not work with my computer, but the seller was awesome and quick to respond by sending out another one that would be compatible. Great customer service, very easy to work with. They also give lots of information up front to help to fix any computer glitches.

I have purchased this headset for a number of people at my company, and they all like it. One person keeps asking me to get the headset for other people that they work with.

It works good like for 5 weeks mic don't work any more after I put a review in Ebay the Wantek company contact me and send a new set at no cost so I change my Review to 4 stars it works very good I like it this headset
