Not what I expected. The call is VERY QUIET even with the adjustment knob set to max. I had to order an amplifier amp just for one call

I am returning this phone as despite the product description on Revain and the manufacturer's website it does not amplify outbound sound. I contacted the manufacturer for instructions on how to adjust the output volume and found that this model does not have such a feature. I asked them to correct my online information. If you don't need output amplification then this phone might be for you. Other features seem fine for the few times we've used the phone.

I bought this phone so my elderly relatives who live with us can communicate with us when we are far from home. The loud ringer and flashing light make it easy for them to spot an incoming call, and the speakerphone is clear and loud enough to be easily understood. You'll probably never use the phone, but when I tested it it was also very clear and loud. The phone feels a bit pricey compared to what you can currently buy in a high tech phone. In my opinion, this phone shouldn't have cost more…
