I've been wearing them for 20 years thanks to the Revain ad. Then they only cost $12.99. Even if glasses have become expensive, they are still worth their price. You will not lose these glasses or accidentally sit on them. This is probably my 10th set - I wear them all day, every day. I do detailed crafts - they are great. The glasses last me about 18 months, then they wear out or break on the hinges. Again, I use them heavily. Highly recommend if you've reached that magic age where you need a…

This is the second pair I've tried. I like the concept. Choice of colors and high quality lenses. The classic style in red is almost full size. I also bought a European style pair with narrower lenses. In both cases it is difficult to look over the glasses. This is not a problem as they are easy to open and put around your neck. The problem for me is the length of the connecting strap. They are 1-2 cm longer. When I lean my head against a pillow or the back of a chair, the glasses rest on the…

Pros
  • Easy to use

  • Fragile

You cannot put them on your nose with one hand like regular glasses. You must have both hands free. The same applies to their removal. So when you are very busy and cannot use both hands, they are inconvenient to carry. I still wear them, but I know there are times when I'm better off using regular reading glasses. However, it's nice not to have to…
