I expected more from this beauty product. Despite claims of being a powerful makeup remover, I found myself repeatedly having to use the product to remove my makeup. The one benefit is that it didn't leave my skin feeling dry, but unfortunately, that's not enough to justify the high price tag. Save your money and try a different product.

I have used this eye makeup remover before and it has always been effective and great. The bottle I received looks like the real thing, but it just doesn't work - it doesn't remove eye makeup. I don't know if it was a bad batch, a replacement or not a genuine product but I'm disappointed and won't be ordering online again. If I go to a Clinique counter anywhere, I'll have more confidence that it will work and I'll have a more convenient way of returning it. As it is, I'm eating expense this…

This is the only product my wife uses to remove makeup from her face. She says this is the best product for it. She would definitely recommend this product and would definitely order again if needed.
