Review on Clinique Cleanser 125ml (4.2oz) - Powerful Solvent for Optimal Results by Nuzhat Shaver

I have used this eye makeup remover before and it has always been effective and great. The bottle I received looks like the real thing, but it just doesn't work - it doesn't remove eye makeup. I don't know if it was a bad batch, a replacement or not a genuine product but I'm disappointed and won't be ordering online again. If I go to a Clinique counter anywhere, I'll have more confidence that it will work and I'll have a more convenient way of returning it. As it is, I'm eating expense this time.
