The liquid stays clean and feels pleasantly silky after wiping. I started using it after my eyelids became sensitive from my latest remover. I am very happy with it.

I usually have trouble removing my eye makeup. I have sensitive skin and makeup seems to stick to my skin. Removal is a problem. I tried this product and was impressed. Shake first, moisten a cotton swab, apply to the eye for 10 seconds, wipe gently. No rubbing or pulling on the delicate eye area required. Make-up glides directly onto the cotton. No oily residue. I like to splash some water afterwards, but it's not necessary.

The reviews I read were correct, this is a great product. I bought a small bottle first to see if I liked it and I don't regret the purchase.
