I decided to order this for convenience instead of going to Sephora, Ulta, etc. The packaging inside was wet, although the bottle itself was wrapped in a clear, sealed plastic bag. Look closely at the liquid. This is not the same as products purchased from Macy's. The bottle isn't new either, it's used. When the purchased product arrived I saw oil at the bottom and half water at the top. Macy's Clinique products do not have the same average rating. I have been using Clinique products for many years and I know the difference. Luckily I was able to get a refund for this and buy from Macy's to show you the difference.
