I found this wonderful product after reading Kiss Your Dentist Goodbye by Ellie Phillips which basically says (in order that matters) : 1) Use CloSYS for 30 seconds and don't rinse 2) Brush your teeth for 2 minutes (floss first) 3) Use an antiseptic rinse like Listerine for 30 seconds 4) Either rinse with fluoride for 1 minute or (if you don't trust fluoride ) Xylitol use a rinse to counteract the alcohol in an antiseptic.
