The delivered product did not match the description. The transformer was lost and I can't reattach it. The problem is that the cables run under the transformer! You can't fix this unless I drill more holes.

Ok, it's my fault I didn't see the word OVAL in the description. But it all worked out because the playroom I installed it in is 13 x 19 and the oval shape is actually preferable to the round lamp.

I just hired an electrician to install 4 Cloudy Bay LED lights on my kitchen ceiling. I just love bright light! Exactly what I was hoping for. Another plus is that I never have to put in new bulbs. Thank you cloud bay!

I ordered this item for my parents' kitchen and my aunt's living room. One arrived great, easy to install and the light is great. The second crack came, but I contacted the seller, they were able to send me a replacement part. I was satisfied with the service and the product would recommend it.

My God! I bought this a few months ago to replace a tiny dim light in my kitchen. Finally a jack of all trades installed it for me, and - wow! - This light is bright! I'm excited. I can see my counters again! Of course I also see the kitchen cabinets and how dirty they are now. Blue. Time to clean up the kitchen!

Used these to replace existing fluorescent lights (2 x 40w bulbs per light). These LED lights are a bit brighter and the light color is exactly what we were hoping for in our kitchen - 4000K - not super bluish white or yellow. It was surprising how well the diffuser worked, providing a very even light with discrete LEDs. Conveniently, most of the light's weight is adjusted after installation, making it very light and easy to wire and install.

Not impressed. Very light materials, the plastic diffuser bowl is noticeably bent on both sides and does not fit the rail. The LED power control is not attached to the base plate and has no viable mounting screws, so it would just be dangling from the power cord unless I had invented something. The cover fixing bolts must be bent to attach the lamp cover, and the edges of all metal parts are still sharp to close. However, it gives good light. I would not get it again. I like the look and the fact that I can get other sizes to fit. I have low ceilings so flush mounting helps. The light is bright and works well with a dimmer. The large oval is great for the cooking area in my kitchen. After 2 years the light driver started to fail. I contacted Cloudy Bay and they responded immediately.
