Great resource management tool and great customer service

This software has proved to be an excellent fit with our business needs, as it's been able to support many of them at once! The training materials are very easy to follow, which helps when onboarding new users into your team. We were looking for some way that would allow us to set alerts (to notify me when certain events occur) on several different accounts all from one screen. I love how this can do that in such a simple fashion without my having to log onto each individual account. It also…
