Product as shown. What I like is that Samsung allows you to return old toner cartridges. No loss. You need to go to their website to download the shipping label. Better than third party gas stations. I don't trust the quality. Of course I would like something cheaper.

This is an OEM cartridge. It costs about 10,000 pages so it will last me for years. Although it may seem expensive, the cost per page is much lower than inkjet printing. The original cartridges that came with your printer are "starter" cartridges with a small amount of toner, so you can order them and get started.

I'm apparently 2 days late for my 'return window' - but I ordered this cartridge as a backup, now that I need it I've found it isn't is working . does not work and I have no options. See image. The blue ink page is exactly the same, but see if I print it with black ink. The letters are not all printed. Something MUST be wrong with the cartridge or the blue will not print perfectly. Now I'm stuck with a $70 cartridge that I can't use - complete garbage.

This toner lasts quite a long time for our family. Prints listed are 2500 pages. Looking at my printer (C1860FW) I have almost 2000 prints. Depending on what you are printing, you may get more or less real pages. But for us and how long the cartridge has lasted, we think it's a lot.

I bought this for our c1810w and it has made my printer 3 times more expensive to use. I think this cartridge downloaded an update to my printer. Before installing this cartridge, I could use any type of cartridge in my printer. After installing this cartridge, my CMY cartridges suddenly became "incompatible". So now I have to throw away my current investment in semi-finished color cartridges and buy additional cartridges at 3 times the price because "Samsung" is printed on the labels. I AM…

A bit pricey but all laser toners are usually such that I don't have to make any prints. Once inserted, it worked great. The Samsung software indicators showed 100%. I know the price can be quite high, but then buy the extraordinary high capacity black Samsung. If you have the money to go without, buy a pack of 2x black toner and 1x 3 color toner.

ENSURE you are purchasing this toner and NO other toner advertised as compatible with your printer. I did and they creaked horribly. However, this toner solved this problem immediately. It's legal. Got it. Oh yeah.
