I will never go back to the styptic stick. The swab method is more efficient, and for the man who still uses a safety razor (not a straight razor, but still old school) the cuts aren't just a distraction, they tend to be quite deep and last longer. for the binder to work. With a styptic stick, this can mean repeated application and re-application until the cut has finally healed. With a swab, the cut is contained quickly and without mess.

This excellent product has been previously used for small cuts and works well. I ordered a set of three bottles at a good price. However, two bottles suffered small leaks from the caps en route. Opened one that was leaking more than the other and it looks like everything else is fine. Neither the cap nor the bottle looks cracked. Only time and use will tell if the product is ok in the long run. I would recommend a little more padding for transport in the future.
