The bag was good but I don't like the shoulder strap, it was very short and the other strap was too loose, no adjustment on both straps, it's useless.

I really wanted to love this wallet and I loved it for the first month then my back zipper fell off and I hardly ever use that part of the wallet! It seems to come out. It would be a really cute handbag if it lasted a month!

This purse/backpack is great it holds all my stuff so now I don't have to just carry one in my bag and can wear it as a purse or backpack if you like like me and If you are bringing other medication, a notepad and wallet, and a tablet or laptop, this is ideal. It would even be good for girls going to college.

This is a nice bag with functional pockets! The color caught my eye as the "two tone" effect gives a slight flea weave effect and came out a little redder than expected. I returned it and bought another sturdy brown bag from the same seller. If I wasn't so picky, everything should have been perfect. Considering the price this is a great bag which is why it gets full stars.

Love all the pockets in this backpack, it's easy to organize. The straps could be wider to be more comfortable. The lining is black making it difficult to see the items inside. I've only been using it for a few weeks, we'll see how I feel in a few months. I can't wear it on a shoulder strap because it's very tight which makes it very uncomfortable.

The shoulder strap was sent in the wrong color. It's black and beige, not black and white. Also, the stars don't stay set, keep sliding and opening to the highest value while the bag is empty or with things in it. my back instead of lying on it, but maybe it's because the straps are broken, idk.
