Awesome Tool For Making Your Shop More Successful

I like that my dashboard gives me very accurate analysis about what's really going wrong at our shop so we know if something isn't working as designed or needs attention immediately! At one point i remember trying this tool for two weeks straight just looking up problems - then not seeing anything there which was annoying but after seeing some other information here they realized their mistake haha :) It helped us learn more about how customers use tools/machines (they were missing out) –
