Useless Linear Motion Set

Based on my experience, this product is a complete waste of money .The linear rail is too flimsy and doesn`t hold up well under pressure. The ball screw is also very noisy and doesn't work smoothly. The only positive thing about this product is its affordability. However, when it comes to industrial and scientific applications, this product simply doesn't cut it..

High quality linear rails and great customer service

I am very pleased with the quality of the linear rails and their smooth operation. Customer service was outstanding. I had some trouble installing the ball nut and the bearings fell out. The company didn't have the nuts locally and they shipped them from China at no extra cost. They have provided updates to let me know about the delay due to the extended holiday.
