It was very difficult to figure out how this works... and I'm a scientist. The phone case was supposed to come with instructions but it still didn't work... and when I finally figured out what to do I realized it was just junk.

I couldn't remove the top and bottom of the case and trying so hard I broke the protective plastic and cut myself. It's good for me to know the suitcase because it's broken. I didn't find it user friendly. My sister and mother even tried. I'm not sure what I did wrong or it was user error.

Case is good but a little bulky compared to what I had before. I also find that my words get really muddled if I don't hit the screen hard enough while typing. So I probably just keep them aside for emergencies, in case I run out of screen protectors or other cases go bad. In general, that's good.

I like the beautiful packaging. The case feels good and only costs $10. It's thick, but not too thick or bulky. It's all-round cute and durable, so you don't have to jump if your phone falls. The case I bought from the five below was too flimsy and I didn't want to risk dropping it. The only thing is that the built-in protective film lets through some dust, hair, crumbs, fluff from the bag. When you put on the case for the first time, it is difficult to take off and open.
