Not so easy to figure out how to open it.

This article could not be opened. This is not clear from the diagram on the packaging. You have to turn the levers further than they appear to be turning until they click. Then it opens and you take out the package. only to find more detailed instructions in it. So you have to open it before you can learn how to open it. How clever!

Works great until it breaks

I use it almost every day to keep my HP X2 Chromebook in tablet mode. I find it easy to use and have saved my Chromebook from a dive several times. a little tight at the beginning/end of their opening/closing motion, but then they open/seal. Up until a week ago I highly recommended this pack for this type of use. Unfortunately, after about 8 months of daily use, it has cracked at the landing point of one of the corners. If it had a better fit I don't think so but it is a generic case not made…
