Great tool but could use some improvements

The most important thing was that it helped me gather all of my thoughts into one place. I can now easily access them from anywhere! It would be great if there were more options for connecting with other users outside of your team. There are so many platforms out here now when you're looking at social media marketing. You have to pick wisely which ones fit best with what you're trying to achieve in terms of goals/resources needed vs time spent working through them. We've used this product as…

  • Easy interface
  • Ability connect via email or phone call instead just chat.
  • Very responsive customer service staff, easy questions answered quickly (even though not always immediately)
  • Great software platform intuitive user experience; good performance issues resolved without hassle by support teams very fast.
  • Greatly appreciated features like being able upload photos directly within program
  • Abundanceof useful resources available online already
