Chest tight but attractive and warm

I have the large size for my 34D and 40 inch bust. back, which prevented the free movement of the arms. Even when I was 20-30 pounds lighter this seems to be an issue with women's jackets in general and I wish they had made women's jackets roomier in the chest area.
