This purchase is soft, so far there have been no problems with the bristles falling out when brushing. Just because the brush head is so wide, I like thinner toothbrushes so you don't brush your gums with your teeth at the same time 😬 hey, that's just me. But if you're looking for a soft, wide-headed toothbrush, look no further.

This purchase was 2 stars more than 3 but it's partly my fault so 3 stars I say my fault because I didn't know that the 360 toothbrush for adults came large version which I am used to I have been using the 360 for years and I always unknowingly buy the large version in stores THIS IS NOT the head is small and the bristles seem rather soft to be average If you want the best 360 experience make sure you have a large adult size with very soft bristles - the best! :)

I bought 'soft' and even checked the packaging after use to be sure. It's terrible. If you like super hard and abrasive toothbrushes, this is the one for you.

Just used it for the first time and threw it away. It was so hard on my gums. I think the teeth whitening aspect caused me to chemically burn my gums. Parts of my gums turned white and burned badly. They're back to normal after 30 minutes but still burn a little. This should be warned about on the label. The bristles are also very stiff and the tongue/cheek cleaner is terrible. It was like concrete hitting my mouth.

This is my son's favorite toothbrush. Some toothbrushes hurt my son's mouth. He has a small mouth and crowded teeth. Suspenders are coming soon. but despite the fact that they seem larger, they do not cause him any discomfort. They make brushing his teeth a pleasant experience, so I'll keep buying them if that means my son brushes his teeth properly.

I've been using these toothbrushes for many years and a few months ago I found some new toothbrushes just sitting in my desk drawer. I settled on one and immediately felt like it was nothing like Colgate's. They clean well, last a long time, and are soft enough to hurt but not too soft when the bristles pop right out.

Love the design of the Colgate 360 toothbrush. Clean every tooth. I also like the tongue cleaner that is attached to the back of the toothbrush head. My mouth is much cleaner with the Colgate 360 toothbrush and I would recommend it to anyone.

Soft my a$$! It's like cleaning with a nail file. It completely ruined my gums and I'm pretty sure it took away my enamel. The round bristles are so hard I don't know why they even think it's a soft toothbrush. The brush heads are huge too. Wouldn't waste money and gum on those horrible toothbrushes. The only reason I give it 1 star and not zero is because it cleans the toilet very well.

I needed new toothbrushes and they work great. They arrived on time and brushed my teeth clean and fresh (which was difficult for my electric toothbrush). The fact that they are soft doesn't prevent them from leaving my mouth clean, which is very important to me as harder toothbrushes damage my gums. For $10 they are definitely worth buying and you don't have to worry about buying them anymore (if it's just for one person).
