Needles John James

I have been quilting for 30 years. I use John James hand sewing needles. #11 straw needles are ideal for needle twisting applications. They glide over the fabric and with the twist of the needle are the right length for appliqué. Why use anything other than the best in your artwork?

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Love

quality change?

They bend so easily. I've had these before except I've never ordered that many packs or used this brand. For a long time. I was a little disappointed, I would like to return. 7 dollars spent. That's a lot considering you have to spend another 7 to find something compatible.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • A dubious purchase for the elderly

Perfect EPP Needles

John James Mad Hatter Needles only discovered in the last 6 months or so. I used Tulip Mad Hatter pins and was happy with them until I tried John James. What a huge difference! JJ needles slide through fabric much easier, I didn't even realize I was suffering from hand fatigue until I switched needle brands. I will never go back to Tulip. Also, I mostly sew EPP by hand.

Pros
  • Very Impressive
Cons
  • Boring Packaging
