Loved the whole set. Works great for kids lunches and keeps everything fresh, dry and contained. Problem is the little tabs that hold the plastic lunch box closed broke off already and now the box will not lock and stay closed. Very disappointed, mainly because of the price for poor quality of plastic.

This was a great lunchbox at first. The seal worked great and still does, nothing has leaked out or into the other compartments. The seal works so well that sometimes I have to pry it open with both hands. Not sure if that’s a good thing or not. My only big complaint is that it’s so hard to latch shut now. It's not easy for a Kindergartener to close on their own and several times her yogurt has leaked over onto her other food in other compartments. It was the first bento box I've gotten and I'll be buying a different brand with better reviews next time. The back latches get stuck and that's why it's hard for her to close it. Not user friendly for tiny humans, and not leak proof because of it. User error sure, but why make it for kids when kids have a hard time with it?

Everything appeared great until the teacher messaged me, saying that 2 adults had trouble opening the box for my kiddo. Turns out that even a small amount of moisture that builds up from being refrigerated overnight causes the tray to get stuck to the top lid. I've tried drying it completely before packing the food and it's not always stuck but I can't take that chance everytime. Better not to have my kid anxious or waste time trying to pull the tray out. It’s a very cute lunchbox and my daughter loves it but it doesn’t shut flat all the way around from day 1. I’ve tried everything. It must be warped.

This lunch box seemed super cute and I was so excited about it. I bought 2 of the same one for my 2 daughters. One didn't come with the ice pack that it was supposed to. Then I washed them before using and now they are super hard to shut. Returning the product and getting something else. Way too much money for something that sucks.

So hard to open and close. No way a kid can do it. The lid part has lots of little grooves, and it’s very hard to clean Thanks for attention.

The Lunchbox itself is adorable but after just the second use one of the hinges broke when my 3 yo closed it. For the price of this Lunchbox I would expect it not to break so easily. Really disappointed I spent money on this. Also, fyi, the water bottle leaks unless the mouth piece is fully flipped down. So if you’re buying it for younger children (which this product is marketed for) be aware it’ll leak.

I bought this for my daughter starting Kindergarten this year. It has been perfect for her, fits a sandwich and small snacks. It was the perfect size for her lunch and she loves the independence it gives her, no small packages to try to open at lunch time. I usually put a sanwich cut in half in the the large section, some goldfish crackers or animal crackers in one corner, fruit snacks in the middle, and a handful of carrots or other vegetable in the other corner.

The silicon packet was brown and wet. There are moldy spots in the lunch box. The packaging was intact tho. The compartments are not properly sized for certain food items.
