Received today and this product appears to be used but is advertised as new. We only received the right grip and not the left grip as advertised.

I only had 3 short rides before the pedal holes ripped and the pedals fell off while riding. I had to push my bike home about 3 miles. Now I have to buy another rod. Very disappointed.

To be honest I love how cheap this product is. It would be perfect for someone who just needs new connecting rods and doesn't want to spend real money to buy something decent. Otherwise the quality is a bit inferior, they fit well and without problems, but when you turn them you can see that the square hole has not been made quite straight, so it will be annoying to use them. Otherwise they are fine. The important thing is that they work, so I can't hit them hard.

The item was well packaged and new. Seems like a good deal for the money. Haven't ridden it yet, so durability is unknown at this point. My only issue was that the pedal size listed on one of the item pictures was the hole size 0.5", but the item I received was 9/16" pedal holes. This was the only place that listed the pedal hole size and I assumed it was accurate. Luckily I had some old 9/16" pedals laying around so it wasn't too much of a problem for me, but I probably wanted to save someone…
