This product is great for people who suffer from back pain. Suitable for your car or office chair. I highly recommend it.

Love the ability to add/remove a pillow and it's just the right size for me. While velcro is great for cloth seats, I'm concerned it will scratch my leather and faux leather seats.

Very comfortable but very annoying having to manually adjust every time I get in the car. The elastic band needs to be about twice as long to be usable. If you wish, just note that the seat belt is very short and does not reach

This is the only model small enough for a wheelchair with lumbar support. You can adjust as there are 4 foam inserts and you can take out some of them for more comfort. I use 2. The other lumbar support for the chairs that claim to be wheelchair friendly too is too thick.

This pillow is perfect for me. I have a "herniated disc" (not exactly a herniated disc). This pillow is great because it allows me to sit with my back properly supported. I have 2 of these: one for my home computer chair and the other for the office. Highly recommend if you need to sit without bending over.

Very comfortable and I like that you can remove the foam rubber when it's more comfortable. Don't be fooled into thinking you can use a rubber strap on a leather car seat; it doesn't start spinning. We drive a 4 door sedan and cannot use this feature. I could just put the foam in a pillowcase. I don't like putting it on every time I get in the car. If you have cloth seats, velcro will work. I'm keeping this because we're going on a trip and I don't want to worry about a refund.

This cushion with straps offers exactly the lumbar support I was looking for for my office chair. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the strap could be a bit longer. I would pay the extra $2 probably worth increasing the size of the elastic/velcro. Second, if it seems right, DO NOT open or fiddle with the foam inserts inside. They are really very difficult to push back into the cover. Of course you could crop them, but that was quite uncomfortable. However, the support is so good…
