I bought this orthosis for my friend who has rheumatoid arthritis. She needed something to wear for pain relief and stability while playing pickleball. original review: Difficult to put on and hard to tell if they are put on correctly. I tried using it for about a week. I didn't feel supported, and the thumb hole pulled really hard toward the "armpit" where the thumb and forefinger meet. It was VERY uncomfortable for an hour or two after I put it on, no matter how tight/loosely I buckled it on. Found one at Kroger for $13 with a rigid brace that was much larger, more like a traditional wrist brace. This item was MUCH more comfortable than this
