I bought this orthosis for my friend who has rheumatoid arthritis. She needed something to wear for pain relief and stability while playing pickleball. This brace is superior to others that have tried it. It is flexible and thin enough that she can wear the brace on her dominant arm and hold a pickleball bat in that arm while playing. There are many adjustments that allow her to wear it tight or loose depending on the level of pain and weakness she is experiencing on any given day. It's comfortable enough to wear all day and even wears it when she sleeps for extra support through the night. An added bonus, sometimes she needs to wear it on her left hand instead of her right hand, and she can comfortably wear this brace on either hand. She received this orthosis on January 2nd and has been wearing it every day since then. It seems to be holding up very well and washes easily by hand.
