Has many good aspects and makes for simple user friendly updates

I like that you can add custom fields to make it easier when updating reports with your data or adding new users/contacts etc., is easy enough so anyone in our team could do this without training! The customer support has been great as well - they are always willing help out whenever needed no matter what time of day!! Would love more options to customize certain things (i will be honest here). It would have helped if we had some kind advanced customization features where i didn't need constant

  • Ability for non technical people
  • Easy navigation between tabs, sections & forms while maintaining simplicity.
  • Support was amazing through both phone calls + email correspondence during setup process :)
  • Excellent system once set up but requires regular attention throughout implementation phase due diligence necessary upon initial deployment
