I liked the sturdy packaging super fast shipping speed, shelf was as described matched by other stainless steel appliances perfectly, fairly priced, easy & self explanatory on how to put it together but I had a lot of scratches that seemed purposely done on the side shelf hinges & underneath it was bent on the back portion where it connects to the wall so in result of the slight bent it seems crooked

The package it is shipped in is not adequate enough to prevent damage during shipping and to bend out a crimped piece of stainless leaves a definite crease. The brackets have sharp edges from the chopping press that would cut skin. It’s necessary to use a file at minimum to round over the exposed cut edge. The shelf itself is well-made and it’s properly constructed with folds and welded edges. It’s unfortunate this same construction quality didn’t happen with the brackets.

Couldn't give less than one star.Was excited to install this for the brewery, but.#1) One bracket couldn't bolt on the shelf because the center stud was not in the right place#2) A stud on the other end was not welded on correctly and broke off during shippingAlso upon looking at the areas around the bolt studs, it was painted over and not polished stainless. There is no way that this could ever be NSF approved!

After opening the shipping box on both shelves, each shelf was damaged. Although I was able to straighten out most of the damage they still had wrinkles in the stainless steel. The blame lies with the manufacturing of the packaging products. Stiffer materials to reinforce longer shelving would work. I ordered a short shelf from the same manufacturer and it was perfect.
