Not Worth the Hassle

Through trial and error, I found that this adapter bracket was incredibly difficult to use. The design is clunky, and it was hard to get it to connect properly. The only positive thing I can say is that it was cheap. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

Pros
  • Cheap
Cons
  • Clunky design, difficult to use.

Slim and durable, the best in computers and accessories

I have bought quite a few adapters and this one is reliable. I like the small size. I change cards often with no problems. I recommend.

Pros
  • Boot your computer with a CompactFlash card with this IDE adapter. Allows you to access the Flash/Microdisk as if it were an IDE hard drive.
Cons
  • Expensive

Can't recommend this one

I've had it for a little over a week now and seem to have installed the card 4 times. I tried to be VERY careful but the handling isn't very good. On the inside of my 5th connector, a few pins were broken. I have several other types and have had no problems. Wouldn't recommend at all

Pros
  • Compact Flash Type I, Type II compatible and IBM Micro-drive compatible with CF-II interface
Cons
  • Write later
